We wish to inform you that we will be decommissioning the app from 31 July 2024. However, we are currently working on a new and improved version of the DUO app that will bring you even better features and experiences. We are committed to delivering a seamless and user-friendly app that will enhance your shopping journey.

Stay tuned for more updates and announcements regarding our upcoming app launch. We understand that with this transition, you may have concerns about your data. Rest assured that we have processes in place to address this. As an app user, you have the option to delete your credit card data or all data within the app, you can request to have your data wiped by submitting a request through our support portal here. Please note that Stripe retains transactional data based on their retention policy, which you can review here.
