Meaning “lotus flower” in Malay, Seroja is a passionate tribute to the Malay Archipelago’s rich diversity of cultures and culinary traditions. Expect familiar flavours rooted in the Malay Archipelago that exist beyond any singular country or traditional dish, instead Seroja celebrates the resplendent tapestry of shared ideas and influences that is unique to this region.

Housed within a tastefully designed 2,700 sq ft space in DUO Galleria, the 24-seater restaurant serves as a culinary playground for Chef Kevin Wong. Inspired by the quality of produce from farmers, hawkers, craftsmen and artisans from around the Malay Archipelago, Chef Wong’s multi-course Nusantara Menu is a homage to the bounty of the region.
