Here’s what you can look forward to in Phase 2 Coming Soon:
Your corporate email address will serve as your user ID.
Once the app is launched, tap "Log In." If you already have an account, select "Log In."
If you don't have an account, please select "Don't have an account? Sign Up' and enter your email address (if you are a DUO Tower tenant, please use your Corporate Email Address). Enter the 6-digit code sent to your email address. Fill in your details and agree to the Terms & Conditions.
Tap on your profile icon, select 'Manage Account,' and then choose 'Sign Out.'
To reset your password, go to "Manage Account" under your profile icon and select "Change Password."
If you've forgotten your current password, sign out from your profile and click on "Forgot Password?" on the Log-in page. You will then receive an email to reset your password.
To update your password, go to "Manage Account" under your profile icon and select "Change Password."

You will receive an email notifying you that your account has been locked for 24 hours. You can reset your password using the link in the email, after which you will be able to log in.
If you prefer not to reset your password, you will need to wait 24 hours before attempting to log in again with your existing password.
Download the app on your second device and log in to your existing account. You will be prompted to enter the OTP sent to your email for verification.
Please note that your first device will be logged out once the second device has successfully logged in.
During the app launch, there may have been connection issues that prevented proper server access. You can tap on "Log In" to access your account again.
To ease the login process and avoid manually entering your password, you can enable biometric authentication on your device for easier access.
Under “My Activities”, under “Perks”. Click ‘redeem’ on the ‘$5 DUO Galleria Welcome $5 E-Voucher' and scan the instore QR code at the participating retailers at DUO Galleria to redeem.
